The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
aclalowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, aclazowledges receipt of copies of the De-
claration of Condominium described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such dEed is subject thereto. The Grantee does further hereby
ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (including the W~TDI~IILL VILLAGE BY THE
SEA RE~CREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official Record Books 189, Pages 1829
through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Luci~ County, Florida, and the acts of the Officers
and Directors of WINDMILL VII~LAGE B7C THE SEA CONDOMINII~'1 NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC. , a Florida _
Corporation not for profit, in making and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to
~ be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee aclrnowledges and agrees that all of said
provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon
the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations, as described
in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee aclaiowledges and
agrees that said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed
by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described ab~ve.
