BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
W. R. BARRINGTON, III, who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and
say: .
l. That he is the person who was erroneously stated to be a
beneficiary-of Tobe Hays, deceased, in that certain petition for probate
filed in the estate of the said Tobe Hays, deceased, and filed in OPR Book
96, Page 170 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That he is one and the same person as W. R. Barrington, Jr., who
signed the consent to Administration Unnecessary in the aforesaid probate
proceeding, and being recorded in OPR Book 101, page 258.
3. That he is sometimes also known as W. R. Barrington, Jr., or ,
Walter Barrington, III, or Walter R. Barrington, Jr.
4. That he is one and the~same person as Walter Barrington, III.
~ 5. That the affiant's true relationship to Tobe Hays, deceased is
that of grandson; and that he is the son of Louise Barrington, deceased; the
' said Louise Barrington having been the daughter of Tobe Hays.
! 6. That Louise Barrington died intestate on March 13, 1970, leaving

~ heirs: W. R. Barrington, II, husband; Diana Barrington West, also known '
~ as Diana Jones West, daughter; Donna Barri~gton La Munyon, daughter; as
~ ~i
~ well as your affiant.
7. That at the time of the death of Tobe Hays, all of the heirs-
at-law of the said Tobe Hays and their relationship to the decedent were
' as follows: Donald Hays;~ so~;.,Bessie Hays, surviving spouse; Ralph G. Hays,

~ son; Louise Barrington, a/k/a Helen Louise Barrington, daughter.
