This cause was heard April 3, 1974 after notice upon the ~
petitioner's demand for temporary relief while this cause is pend- ~

ing. The Court having heard the evidence presented and the arguments ~
of the attorneys for the parties, and being fully advised, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the petitioner and the respondent .
are each enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harm-
i
ing or annoying the other, and the respondent, MITCHELL HYATT, is ~
_
ordered and directed to remove himself and his personal effects from ~
the dwelling occupied by the petitioner located at 409 North 40th ~
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and to remain away from that dwelling.
Neither party shall annoy or bother the other at their respective ~/3 ,
