including passenger aad other elevators, venetian bfinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter e
located in the building upon seid land, and al! other machinery, appliances and apparatne now or hereafter placed on said z
premises. either in renewal or replacement of fixtures, machinery. eppliences and appurtenances originally inatalled on
said premises. in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereW which may hereafter be placed upon the
above described land, which said fiztures, machinery, eppliances and appurtenances the Mortgsgor warrants shall be
