16. All of the conditions, covenants, restrictions, and
reservations set forth herein shall run with the land and the Grantee, ;
by accepting the deed to said premises, accepts the same, subject ~
to such conditions, covenants, restrictions, and reservations and
agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to be bound by each
of such conditions, covenants, restrictions and reservations jointly,
separately and severally.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents
to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the day
