described in the Complaint the sum of S 15,946.62 , together with `
interest thereon from the lst day of September , 1973 ,
at the rate of seven (78) percent per annum,said interest being
computed as of the 2Sth day of March , 1974 , in the
amount of $ 629.99 , less escrow credit in the anbunt of
$ 115.59 , leaving a balance of $ 514.40 interest due;
$ 275.00 - , attorneys' fees; S 20.16 , prorated earned
mortgage insurance premium; S -0- ,mortgage insurance pre- ,
mium; $ -0- advance for 19 County taxes;~ and $ 47.50 ,
Court costs; making the total of $ 16,803.68 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.

(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified i

in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title, !

interest or claim of the defendant(]~ in the above-styled cause upon
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 195, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT TAREE, REPLAT
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 12 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
