DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of April, 1974, ~

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evide ce, j

• finds and etermines:~is ourt has jurisdiction of the parties

and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is =

thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The marriaqe between ROLAND MACON and T~LMA T. MACON
~ be, and the same is hereby, dissolved and the parties and each of
~

them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-

from. _ ~

2. Commencing the 2nd day of April, 1974, ROLAND MACON ~

shall pay to THELMA T. MACON the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) ~

Dollars each and every month as permanent alimony for the support
of the said Wife for a period of fi~ve ( 5) full years, or until the
~
Wife remarries or dies, whichever event occurs first.

~ 3. That the Husband, ROLAND MACON, shall continue to
make the installment car payments of Ninety-Five ($95.00) Dollars ~
~
~ ~
~ per month on the 1972 Dodge Dart now in the possession of the Wife,
until said retain title contract is paid in full.
