' madP~o ~i~. ~ ~ • finds and etermines:~is ourt has jurisdiction of the parties ~ ~ ~ and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is = ~ f thereupon, ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. The marriaqe between ROLAND MACON and T~LMA T. MACON ~ be, and the same is hereby, dissolved and the parties and each of ~ I them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there- # from. _ ~ ~ 2. Commencing the 2nd day of April, 1974, ROLAND MACON ~ ~ - Y shall pay to THELMA T. MACON the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) ~ # Dollars each and every month as permanent alimony for the support of the said Wife for a period of fi~ve ( 5) full years, or until the ~ Wife remarries or dies, whichever event occurs first. ~ ~ 3.
