Bank, and the Husband shall execute such instruments as wi 11 convey

full title and ownership of said 28 shares of stock to the Wife. ~
5. That the Wife is entitled to the ownersl~ip and pos-
session of the silver now stored in the safety deposit box in

the Florida Bank at Fort Pierce.
6. That the Wife, T~LMA T. MACON, be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her maiden name of TI~LMA R. THOMPSON, and

to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
7. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred Fifty

($350.00) Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for f
;
their services herein, and R~I,AND MACON is ordered to pay said ,
attorneys said sum, together with costs herein assessed at Forty-
Three ($43.00) Dollars.
8. Jurisdiction~of this cause, and the parties hereto,
is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper. :
