ORDER ~
This cause came on for hearing upon that portion of the
Petition of the Wife seeking temporary alimony and temporary at-
torneys' fees and costs, and the Court having heard testimony of
the parties and argument of_counsel, and being fully advised in _
the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED :
l. Z'hat the Wife shall have the exclusive use and pos-
session of the marital home located at 2801 Placid Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida, together with the furniture and furnishings located
.
i therein. ,

~ 2. Commencing the 4th day of April, 1974, ARTHUR F. WOOD

shall pay to JUAI~TITA WOOD, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars ,

each and every week for her support. `

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ;
by him remitted promptly to JUANZTA WOOD. In addition, there is

hereby assessed the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) statutory costs to ~
be-added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be ~

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties ~

~ are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mail- ~

~ ing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in ~
~ ~
~ effect.

3. The Court determines the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) ~

~ Dollars to be reasonable for a temporary fee for the Wife's attorneys
