FINAL JUDC~:NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ' This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1974, f and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, : : e finds and determines: that this Court has jurisdiction of the par- ~ ~ ~ ties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation.of ~ ~ F Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the mar- 3 riage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be • ~ dissolved. It is, thereupon, ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ~ l. That the Petition of the Husband be, and the same is , i ~ hereby, dismissed. 2. The marriage between MATTI~W PATTEN, JR. and EVA JO ~ PATTEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising : f therefrom. - ~ ~ 3. Custody of Trina Fay Patten, minor child of the par- ties, is hereby awarded to EVA JO PATTEN, with reasonable visita- ~ tion rights reserved to MATT~:W PATTEN, JR. ~ . ~ ~ 4.
