PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ROBINSON CALLEN, as
Trustee, the Owner and Holder of that certain mortgage exe-
cuted by B.D.B, DEVELOPMENT CORP., a Florida Corporation, :
