ten (10) feet of the boundariea of any lot, and ehall always have the right for himself, hie
heire or aesigns aa and when may be most oonvenient to him to enter on said lot for the
purpose of erecting, fi~dng, building, examining, maintaining or repairing such pipea. ;

foot etrip herein referred to; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be constrttcted

14. The raiaing, maintaining or breeding of any domeaticated animals or birds ahall not ~
be permitted on the premisee; except that not more than two (2) in number of any ~

or cata ahall be removed from the premisea not more than one hundred twenty (120) days ~
from their birth .

~ may proceed similarly . No failure or omiseion to bring such euit or take such other ~
~ proceedings as may be deemed neceasary ahall be held to be a waiver of any right in the ~
Grantor , hia heirs or assigns , or in any lot owner to enforce compliance therewith . ~

21. These oovenants are to run with the land and ahall be binding on all partiea and on all
peraons claiming under them until January 1, 1996.
