thereof recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 62 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County. Florida; thence run Southeasterly along the
Westerly boundary of said Lot 2 a distance of 75 feet; thence turn
and run East parallel to the North boundary of said Lot 2 to the
waters edge of Indian River; thence run Northwesterly meandering the
shore line of said Indian River to the North boundary of said Lot 2;
thence run West along said North boundary to the point of beginning.
