Avant as Administrator ad litem for the Estate of Willie Emmett Holmes, a/k/a Emmett Holmes, deceased, and as guardian ad litem for the minors, Terri Ann Holmes, Marilyn Holmes and Gerald Holmes; and by Clarke C. Avant, Esquire, as guardian ad litem, attorney ad litem and administrator ad litem for Mrs. Emmett Holmes, Jr. and Emily Holmes and for the unknown defendants claiming an interest by, through, under or against any of the named defendants; and that a disclaimer has been filed by Robert W.
