This cause having been heard upon Motion for enforcement of the
Final Jud~nent filed by FAYE B. BURNETT S~TLL and having appeared with counsel
and WILLIAM BURNETT having been duly notified md failing to appear and the
Oourt having considered the evidence, it is
ORDERED and ADkTUDGED ~s follo~rs :
1. CONT~~"I'. WILLIAM BURNETT is found to be in contempt of Court
for failure to make the payments provided for by the Final Judgment sad he is
hereby sentenced to three (3) days in ~ail, to be suspended upon his resuming
the regular current ~reekly payments of $25.00 plus $1.00 costs each veek com-
mencing on Friday after service of this Order upon the said WTLLIAM BURNETT.
2. PAYI~TT. All payments, together ~rith ~1.00 Clerk's fee, sha11
be made to the Clerk of this Court by cash, money order or cashier's check. The
Clerk shall promptly remit said payment to FAYE B. STULL. Both parties are
; ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their mailing aad residence addresses at

~ 3. COI~lITMENT. Upon the failure of i~1ILLIAM BURNETT to make said
payments FAYE B. STULL or her attorney may file with this Court Bu affidavit
to that effect and a Co~itment Order Wi.ll be issued ~rithout f'urther notice to
WILLIAM BiJRNETT.
4. That the petitioner's attorney shall be reimbursed for the
costs incurred in this hearing iri the amount of ~15.00 and costs o~ service
of process.
5. SERVICE OF OOPY. CHARLES WM. S~ONE, attorney, is directed to
4 serve a copy of this Order of WILLIAM BURNETT through the Sheriff's Depart~nt
