The Court finds that it has jurisdiction of the ~ parties thereto and the subject matter hereof. ~ ~ ' 2. The Court further finds that the marriage between i ~ the parties is irretrievably broken and grants dissolution ~ ~ ; of the mazriage between the parties, and the marriage shall ~ hereafter in all respects be considered as being dissolved. 3. The Court further finds that each of the parties fully understands the financial status of the other. 4. The Court further finds that the care, custody and control of the parties' minor children shall remain with the petitioner. IT IS ORD~RED AP1D AUJUDGED THAT: ~ 1.
