2. :.'he care, custody and control of the parties' minor
children, PENNY LEE BEAUCHENE, age 11 years; !?iICHELLE THERESE
BEAUCHENE, age 9 years; FERNANDO LIONEL BEAUCHEN~, age 8 years,
shall remain with the petitioner. The respondent shall have
reasonable rights of visitation on-his day off from the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at other frequent times
that does not interfere with the regular schedules of the
children.
3. The respondent shall pay the sum of $20.00 per week
per child or $60.00 per week to the petitioner as child sup-
port, until such child or children should marry, attair. the
age of eighteen (18) years, die or become self-supporting,
whichever event shall occur first. i
4. The husband will maintain health insurance policies
on each of the children.
• 5. The wife will remain in possession of the real
property located at 1546 - 69th Place South, St. Petersburg,
Florida. _
6. The Court reserves jurisdiction on the question of
~ settling the property rights of the parties and the object
~
~ of attorney's fees and court costs for a period of sixty (60)
~ days. During that~period of tir_ie, appraisals of the properties .
in Florida and Connecticut will be obtained by the attorneys
and submitted to the Court.
7. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the •
entry.of further Orders pertaining to the executory provisions
of this Final Judgnent and for further Orders pertaining to
the care, custody and control, support and welfare of the
minor children. - '
