This cause having come on for hearing on June 2,'
~1973, for a final hearing on the question of property
rights of the parties pursuant to the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage, the parties having appeared before
~ the Court with-their respective counsel, and the Court
being fully advis~d in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND AI)JUDGED that the following stipulations
entered into by the parties are hereby affirmed and approved,
~ and the parties are ordered to comply therewith:

i . 1. The Petitioner, Judith B. Beauchene, shall be
awarded the sole ownership of the real property of the
parties located at 1546 - 69th Place, South, St. Petersburg,
Florida, along with the furniture, furnishings, fixtures,
and appliances contained therein, and subject to any obligations
thereon. ~
2. The Respondent, Fernando J. Beauchene, shall
be awarded the sole ownership of the real property of the
~ parties located at 49 Chestnut Street, Danbury, Connecticut
~ along with the furniture, furnishings, fixtures, and appliances
~
contained therein, and subject to any obligations thereon.
~ 3. The real property of the parties located in
t
~ Fort Pierce, Florida shall be sold within ninety (90) days
from June 26, 1973, and the profits of such sale, if any,
shall be divided equally between the parties hereto.
