4. Each party shall pay their own attorneys' fees.
5. The Cdurt costs and costs of appraisals incurred
by the parties shall be added together and each party hereto
shall pay one-half of such total of court costs and appraisals.
6. Each party shall become the sole owner of the
automobile they presently possess.
7. The Respondent shall be responsible for all ~
medical and dental expenses of each of the children of
the parties in excess of $100.00 per child per calendar
year.
8. The parties agree to execute and deliver to
-each other all necessary and appropriate legal instruments
and documents to effectuate the transfers and conveyances
provided for herein. ' 7 r
