1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C.7RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notify

noted by the undersigned hom time to time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state ot

within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to aceomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
