LUCIE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS ~ t s o . c, . ~ DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS ON HIDDEN ACRES a subdivision in St. Lucie County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 17, page 6, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The restrictions and covenants hereinafter set out are to run with the land and shall be binding upon all parties and all persons awning lots in the aforementioned subdivision or claiming under them. _ If the awners of said lots, or any of them, or their heirs or assigns shall violate any of the covenants hereinafter set out, it shall be lawful for any other person awning real property situate in said subdivision to bring any proceedings i ~ at law or in equity against the person or persons violating ~ any of such covenants and either to prevent him from doing so or to recover damages for such violation, or both. Invalidation of any of these covenants by judgment or ~ court order shall in nowise affect any of the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect. - 1. LAND USE AND BUILDING TYPE. No lot shall be used except for residential purposes. No building shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain on any lot other than one unattached single family ~ residence and one attached carport or garage. Auxiliary struc- ture or structures for use as utility buildings or stables are ~ permitted.
