2. DWELLING SIZE. On all lots the ground floor ~

area of the main structure, exclusive of one-story open ~
~
porches, carports and qarages shall not be less than
(1,500) square feet for a one-story building. ~o-story
buildings sha~ll contain not less than fifteen hundred
square feet (1,500), exclusive of open porches, carports
and garages.
3. BUILDING SETBACK.
No building shall be located on any lot nearer than
twenty-five (25) feet to the front line or to a side street
line. No building shall be located nearer than twenty-five
(25) feet to an interior lot line or located nearer tYian
twenty-five (25) feet to a rear lot line.
4. LOT AREA AND WIDTH. !

No dwelling.shall be erected or placed on any lot
having a width of less than two hundred (200) feet.
No more than one family unit may reside on any
one lot.

~ 5. NUISANCES.
t No noxious or offensive activity shall be~carried on
upon any lot, nor anything be done thereon which may be
or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
All owners of lots shall maintain their property in such
manner so as not to create health or fire hazards or to
leave any lot in an unsightly condition.
6.- TEMPORARY STRUCTURE. _ ~
No structure of a temporary character, no mobile
home and no basement, tent or shack shall be permitted on
~ any lot at any time, either temporarily or permanently.

7. LIVESTOCK.
No pigs or hogs shall be raised, bred or kept on
~ any lot .
