FOR VALUE RECEIVED. the undersigned and if more than one. jointly and severally (the Diaker). does hereby
covenunt and promise to pay to the order of Sun Bank of S~ Lucie County or to its successors or assigns (collectively the
Payee), at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave.. Fort Pierce. Fla. or at such other place as the Payee may designate
to the Maker in writing from time to time, in legal tender of the United States, the Principal Amount together writh

If any Instalment Payment ahall not be paid when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shall become due und payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder of this Noce. 'I~he Payee may, at
its option, collect a late charge not to ezceed two cents for each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee tor e:penses of servicing delinquent Instalment Payments. FailurelQ..e:ercise these options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to e:erci.4e the same in the event of any subeequent default.
It is further agreed that the Maker and each endorser. aurety, guarantor. jointly and aeverally, shall pay all coats of
collection of this Note. including a reasonable attorney's fee. on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of' interest per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the principal and accrued interest uncie:
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year e:ceed the hiBhest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida.
This Note is secured by a Mortgage. dated the date hereof, of property situated in the State of Florida.
IE The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement extending the time or modifying the above terms of
~ payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owners of the property atfected by said Mottgage. whether with or with-
~ out notice to the Maker. and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
; cate no greater t}tan the Interest Rate, accordinK to the ~erms of any such agreement of extension or moditication.
The unpaid balance of the Principai Amount, plus acctued intereat shall become due and payable at the option of
the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balance shall or may become due and payable under the terms
of said Mortgage.
This Note may not be changed orally. but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party againat whom en-
fotcement of any waiver, change. modification or discharge is sought
All parUes to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endorser, hereby~ waive presentment for
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agtee jointly and severally to retnain
and continue bound [or the payment of the principai and intere.st provided tor by the terms of this Note, notwithstanding
any eztension or e:tenaions of the time of, or tor the payment ot said principai or intetest. or any change or changes in
the amuunt or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided (or in this Note~ or any
change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution of any teal properiy and collateral, or either, held as
security [or this Note, and v?aive all and every kind of notice of such e:tension or e:tensions, change or chanqes, and
agree that the same may be made without the joinder of the Maker.
