WHEREAS, on the 25th day of March 19 74 , the
Principal entered into a supply contract with the Obligee for

which supply contract is by reference ma3e a part hereof and is
hereafter referred to as the Contract;
NOW, THEREFOKE, TNE CONDITION OF T~iIS OBLIGATION IS SUCti, That, if ~
the Principal shall faithfully perform said supply contract according ~
to its terms, covenants, and conditions, then this obligation shall
be void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
