Before me~ the undersigned authority. personally appeared
this day LOUISE AUCH~ who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say~
1. That she is SecrQtary-Treasurer of Holiday Out at St.
I,ucie, a Condominium~ a corporation not for prof it organized and ~
existing under the laws of the State of Florida and that as such
officer she is duly authorized to make this Claim of Lien.
2. That the aforesaid corporation is the association re-
sponsible for the operation of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condom-
inium, as provided in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in
Official Record Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That this is a claim of lien for unpaid assessments.
late charges, and interest on such assessments, as provided by =
Section ?11.~5 (4) of the Florida Statutes and Article X of the
aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. upon the following described
