The Defendant, CHRYSLER CREDIT CORPORATION, by and through
its undersigned attorneys, takes and enters its appeal to the
District Court of Appeal of Florida, 4th District, to review the
Final Judgment of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, bearing date the
12th day of March, 1974, and filed in Official Record Book 224 at
page 2356 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on
March 12, 1974. The nature of the order appealed from is a final
judgment against the defendant.
All parties to said cause are called upon to take notice
of this Appeal.
