thence run South 210 feet; thence run West 278.84 feet; thence run
North 210 feet to point of beginning; said land situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein,
replacements thereof and additions thereto.

Together with all and singular t6e tenements. hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto bebn8i°8 or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, structures, additiona and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilera, machines, heating plant. lighting plant, and all .
plumbing apparatus, fistures, appliances. ventilating equipment, toilets, basins. electric heating and lighting
planta. lighting fixtures. power machinery. plant or plants for runaing and operation of passenger. or other elevators.
including pessenger and other etevators, venetian blinds, refrigeraWrs, ranges, awnings and shutters, aow or hereafter
located in the. building upon said land, and all other mechinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereaher placed on said
premises. either in renewal or replecement of fistures. machinery. appliances and appurtenancea originally installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the
above described laod, which said fiztures. machinery, appliences and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be-
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other clsims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
first lien thereon.

by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
