AFFIDAVIT

On this day personally appeared before me ERNEST L. GROSE, who
by me being first duly sworn, says:
That at the time he purchased the property, a description of
which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, the property was
not occupied and that the persons who deeded him the property
were the heirs of the previous occupant. He further says that a~
no time was the subject property the home of Mary F. Llewellyn and
J. Allan Llewellyn.
Further your affiant says not.
