M O R T G A G E
THIS MORTGAGE, executed this 5th day of April, 1974,
by ATLANTIC CONbOMINIUMS, INCORPORATED, a Florida Corporation,
hereinafter called the mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the mortgagor's successors, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns, either voluntary by act of the mortgagor
or involuntary by operation of law, and shall denote the~singular
and/or plural, and the masculine and/or~feminine, and natural
and/or artificial persons, whenever and wher.~ver the context so
• requires or admits, party of the first part; and FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINCS AND LOAN ASSOCZATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America, hereinafter.called the Association, which term as used
in every instance shall include the Association's successors, legal
representatives and assigns, party of the second part.
P7 I T N E S S E T H:
That for divers good and valuable consideration, and in
consideration of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firm unto the Association, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the mortgagor is now seized and possessed
and in actual possession, situate in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to wit:
From the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East run thence
South 89°40'16" East along the quarter-quarter line to a point
on the East right of way of Oleander Avenue (State Road S-605);
thence South 00°26'26" East along the said East right of way
of Oleander Avenue 35.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence
South 89°40'16" East 10.00 feet; thence North 00°26'26" West
10.00 feet; thence South 89°40'16" East 542.29 feet to a point;
thence South 00°02'44" West 55.70 feet to a point; thence
South 44°49'31" West 307.76 feet to a point on ~he boundary
i of Island House Condominiums, Phase I; thence following the
~ said boundary of Island House Condominiums, Phase I, by the
~ following courses: South 89°17'07" West 208.96 feet;
~ South 16°37'23"~West 44.95 feet; South 89°33'S4" West 110.99
~ feet to a point on the said East right of way of Oleander
Avenue; thence North ~0°26'26" West 313.68 feet to the point of
beginning; all lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ and containing 3.072 acres.
THIS IS A SECOND MORTGAGE subsequent and subject to that
certain first mortgage from the mortgagor herein to the Associa-
tion, dated September 10, 1973, recorded September 14, 1973, in
O.R. Book 218, page 1902 of the public records of St. Lucie .
County, Florida.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same~ together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, including
all fixtures and articles of personal property now or at any time
hereafter attached to or used in any way in connection with the use,
~ operation and occupation of the above described real estate, and any
and all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected thereon;
~ such fixtures and articles of personal property including, but with-
~ out being limited to, all screens, awnings, storm windows and doors,
window shades, inlaid floor coverings, shrubbery, plants, stoves,

~ ranges, refrigerators, boilers, tanks, furnaces, radiators, and all
