For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal promise to
pay without defalcation to the order of MORTON TERRY, TRUSTEE, at
Linet, Weiner & Zedeck,_1899 N.E. 164~h St., N. Miami Beach , Florida,33162,
~he~sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY TIiOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ELEVEN and 97/100 DOLLARS
($250,611.97), with interest from date at the rate of six percent (696)
per annum, in annual installments, payable as follows, to-wit: 7wo Hundred
Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Eleven and 97/100 Dollars ($250,611.97) on the
8th day of April, 1975.
' The payee herein, by acceptance hereof, does for himself, his heirs
~ and assigns, consent to the extension of two-thirds {2/3) of the
~ ~rincipal ($167,074.64)tor an additiona 1 year at six percent (6%) interest,
; and dces further consent for the extension of one-third (1/3) of the
I principal ($83,537.33) for another additional year, together with interest
at the rate of six percent (696) .
The Payor represents that this obligation does not exceed one-fourth
(1/4) of the revenue received during the preceeding year for the district
school fund for operating expenses of the district.
Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney,
either of us, whether maker, surety or indorser on this note hereby agrees
~o pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorneys' fee.
The makers, sureties and indorsers hereof severally waive presentment,
protest and-notice of protest for non-payment of this note and agree that
zhe time of its maturity may be extended before or after maturity and do
~urther severally agree to any renewal thereof before or after maturity,
without notice of them. ~
This note may be prepaid in whole or in part at anytime after January
~ 1, 1975 .
