Before me, the undersiqned, a Notary tublic in and for
the State of Florida at Large, personally appeared David A. Doheny,
Senior Vice President of General Development Corporation, who, being
by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
(1) That Florida Documentary and Surtax Stamps in the
amount of $41,540.05 due on the transactions set forth in Schedule A
attached hereto were inadvertently omitted at the time the deeds .
were recorded.
(2) TQ correct this error, General Development Corporation
has purchased Documentary and Surtax Stamps in the requisite amourit
and has affixed such stamps to this affidavit which is to be recorded
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
