Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WILLIAM F. WILLES„ who being duly sworn, says that he is the
attorn~y for Lienor herein, to wit: ROBERT J. PFISTER, whose
address is Route 3, Box 285, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in
pursuance of an agreement with BROKERS TITLE & ABSTRACT COMPANY,
INC., Lienor furnished materials consisting of paneling, studs,
molding, paint and doors on the following described real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The West 30 feet of Lot 2, Block J, TYLER'S
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1 at Page 169 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida _
owned by JOHN GUERRIERO of a total value of One Thousand One
Hundred Fifty ($1,150.86) Dollars and 86/100 of which there re-
mains unpaid-One Thousand One Hundred Fifty ($1,150.86) Dollars and

86/100 and furnished the first of same on approximately the 15th
i
~ day of January, 1974 and the last of same on the 4th day of February,
~ 1974 and the Lienor was in privity with the owner who participated
in the agreement between Lienor and BROI~RS TITLE & ABSTRACT COMPANY
and supervised the installation of the materials aliened for hereby.
