ERECUTORS' DEED
THIS INDENTURE executed this day of April, 1974, between
THE NATIONAL SHAWMUT BANK OF BOSTON~ a banking corporation, CHARLES
HURWITZ and WINIFRED JUNE DUSSAULT, as Executors of the Last Will
and Testament of Robert L. Rutherford. deceased, party of the first
part, and THE NATIONAL SHAWMUT BANK OF BOSTON~ a banking corporation,
CHARLES HURWITZ and WINIFRED JUNE DUSSAULT, as Trustees under Trust
Agreement dated April 14, 1945, whose postoffice address is 40
Water Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, party of the second
part; .
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Last Will and Testament of
Robert L. Rutherford, deceased, party of the second part was en-
titled to receive the property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE, purusant to the terms of the Last Will and
Testament of the said Robert L. Rutherford, deceased, party of the
first part hereby grants, releases, confiresand conveys unto the said
party of the second part, their successors and assigns forever, that
certain land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, ,
to-wit:
From the NE Corner of NW 1/4 of Section 13,
! ,~c Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run South
~ =''~5 157 feet; thence West 1022.86 feet for P.O.B.;
4 thence continue West 282.62 feet; thence South .
~ 528 feet; thence East 282.51 feet; thence North
528 feet to P.O.B.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the Second
part and to its successors and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
and with the party of the second part, its successors and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance,
the orders of said Court and the laws of the State of Florida,
