TRUSTEES' DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the .f ~ day of April, 1974, by
THE NATIONAL SHAWMUT BANK OF BOSTON, aa Trustee; CNARLES HURWITZ,
individually and as Trustee, joined by EVELYN R. HURWITZ, his wife;
and WINIFRED JUNE DUSSAULT, a single woman, individually and as i
Trustee, said Trustees being appointed under Trust Agreement, dated ~
April 14, 1945, and Amendments thereto (See Exhibits attached hereto),
hereinafter called the grantor, to OKEECHOBEE LAND CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, with its permanent postoffice address at P.O.
Box 247, Okeechobee, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:

W I T N E S S E T H: That the grantor, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee,
all that certain land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

free from all encumbrances made by him, and that he will warrant
and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all
