ORDER
This matter came before the Court on application of the
Plaiatiff for appointment of a receiver and other relief. Counsel advised
the Court at length concerning the nature of the case and the claims of ~
~ the various parties. Finally agreement was reached as to a proposed
~
~ ~

~ order. On stipulation, it is thereupon
ORDERED:
1. Defendant Carlton is ordered to furnish to Plaintiff an inventory
of the physical equipment belonging to Defendant M. S. Industries International,
Inc. and to a11ow Plaintiff's representative to visit the premises for the purpose
- of conducting Plaintiff's own inventory and Jor verifying the inventory furnished
by Defendant Carlton.
2. Defendant Carlton and M. S. Industries International, Inc. will
~ furnish a balance sheet and operating statement beginning as of the time
Carlton first assumed the management of the operations of M. S. Industries
International, Inc.
