• This cause came on to be heard before me this day on the
motion of the petitioner for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it
` appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper ~
person to adopt the minor children souqht to be adogted and that
the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption
anc~ that the children are suitable for adoptfon by the Petitioner,:
CLOYCE W. LUMPRIN and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is ~ '
AD.7UDGED that the minor children known as Charles William :
Seaman and Carl Edgar Seaman are declared to be the legal ~
children of the.Petitioner and are qiven the name of Gharles
~ William Lumpkin and Carl Edgar Lwapkin, by which name they shall

~ hereafter be knawn, and it is
AD~TUDGED that these children shall be the children and legal
heirs of the Petitioner, Cloyce W. Lumpkin, entitled to all
rights and privileges, and subject to all obliqations of a child i
born to Petitioner, Cloyce W. Lumpkin, in lawful wedlock. :
