This cause came on for trial fihis date and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, fi.nds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this ~ suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marri~ge between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLlTrION OF MARRIA6E. The marriage between ROSA B. t CARRAWAY and EARL G. CARRAWAY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and I ~ 4 - j the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligation arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody csf DAVID CARRAWAY and PATRICIA CARRAWAY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with ; reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband. . 3. SUPPORT.- Cormiencing the 1~~ ~1ay of April, 1974, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) each and every week for the support of the children named above. y ~ Each pa}m~ent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~ him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby-assessed ~ the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
