4. Husband shall maintain for the use and benefit of the '
two minor children named herein a ma~jor medical policy, and will
furnish proof to the Wife that the policy is kept current.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
