On this day, before me, an officer duly authorized to administer
oaths personally appeared TOM W. CONELY, III, who upon being first
duly sworn, deposes and says: ~
That he is an Attorney at Law duly r~ualified to practice law
in the State of Florida; that he is familiar with the proceedings
in the estate of Robert Lincoln Rutherford, also known as Robert L.
Rutherford; that all inheritance taxes due the State of Florida and
the United States of America have been paid as shown by the
exhibits attached hereto; that the property affected by this affi-
