RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn
petition of the wife, for temporary Restraining Order,
restraining and enjoining the husband from coming about T
harassing, molestinq, harminq or annoyinq the wife and
minor child, and ~he Court being fully advised in the ~

gemises, it is, thereupon, ORDERED as follows: ~
1. That the husband, HENRY LEE SMITH, be
and he is hereby enjoined and restrained from coming
~ about harassing, molestinq, harming o= annoying the

~ wife and minor child.

2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State _
of Florida are directed to render such assistance to the
wife as may be necessary in insuring the husband's compliance ;
