O R D E R
THIS CAUSE.having come on to be heard this date upon
the m~tion of the plaintiff for an Order setting aside the
Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled
cause on the 20th day of March, 1974, and allowing the
withdrawal of the original note, mortgage and assignment
of mortgage, marked Exhibit A, Exhibit B and Exhibit C,
respectively, filed with said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, '
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Final Judgment of Fore-
' closure be set aside and that the oriqinal note, nartgaqe

~ and assignment of mortgage are hereby released to the plaintiff.
