FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial~the 9th day of April, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
~finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this auit; that the relation of husband _
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The marriage between LUCIUS PREVATT and BETTY JEAN PREVATT
- be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby•forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
_ 2. Custody of CAROLYN DEETT PREVATT, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to BETTY JEAN PREVATT, subject to '
f reasonable visitation rights of LUCIUS PREVATT..

3. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper,
including the determination of reasonable child support for said
minor child.
4. A copq of this Final Judgment shall be mailed by the
Clerk of this Court to Betty Jean Prevatt at her last known address -
6128 S. W. 35th Court, Miramar, Florida.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at ort Pierce, Florida, this
