DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the lOth day of April, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
ife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUD~ED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KAREN
~ S. EICHIN and EDWARD R. EICHIN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed~from the
onds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. KAREN S. EICHIN by and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of KAREN SUE GALLOTT
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
d
intervened. -

3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
