undetsigned for the sum of 3 . dated . and payable to Dealet. the undenigned here-
by joint7y and severally covenant. promise and agree as fol~ows. co-wit:
1. So long as the note hereinabove referred to. a anypo rtion thereof~ a any entertsion or renewal thereof. and
also any snd ailother indebtednessof the Borrowen. or elther of them, to said Bank. whether joint or several. here-
tofore oc hereatter incurred. of an)~ nature v~haucever. shaU remain unpaid, either before a after the maturity
theceof. the said Borrowers will do t6e followin things~ to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when du~ all fire and win~torm insurancepremiums. taxes. aues~menu. dues and charges of
every ki~d imposed a levied upon their real and penonal property prior to the time when any such sums ahall
beoome delinquent bc in defaalt; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereinafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come delinquent or go into default.
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not, without first procuring the consent in wrtting of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien ar other encumbrance to exist on theitproperty~ real orpe nonal. now owned or here-
after acquired by them including. but aot limited to~ theproperty 6ereinafter descxibed,
3, The Botrowen agree that they shall not have the privilege ~ not will they sell, transfer. assign. hypothecate. or
in any maaner whatever~ dispose of the propercy. ot any interest therein. owned by them. including specifically. but
na limited to~ the following real estate. situate~ to-wit: (Descrlption of Pcoperty)

as per plat there of on file in Plat Book 9, page 55, of Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
so long as any indebtedneu or obllgation shall remain unpaid as hereinabove refened to in Pazagraph 1.
4, If the Borrowen shalldefaultinanyofthe covenanu. promises, and agreements 6erein contained to be made~
done. a~d performed by them. or if they shall attempt to tr~nsfer. sell, hypothecate. dispose of ot encumbet any of
the property of the Borrowen without fint procuring the consent in writin of the Bank therefor. then in either or any
of such evenu~ the Bank may. in addition to any and all other righu w~ich the Bank may have~ declare the entire
remaining unpaid principal and interest of any such obllgations or indebtednesses then remaining unpaid m the Bank.
