This Mortgage, datcd the lst day of April A. D. 19 74 , by and between

WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mort,~agor does hereby grant, ba~cgain, sell
and convey unto ~e said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of St . Lucie
and State of Florida, described as follows: Lot 5, Block 6, PIi:ECRESQ ESTATES, UNIT ONE,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at page
34 of the Puclic l:ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the r~nts, issues
and pro:'i±s of t~e above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retaia the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or her~-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the iol-
loH~ing deseiibed household appliances, which are~ and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sarae, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every pazt and parcel thereof, unto the said ~4lortgagee in fee simple.

The 1liortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said hiort,~agor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
