. PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ~
tion organized under the laws of the United Stat~s of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages :
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: s
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental !
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ;
2405, et seq., Public~Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularty described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the su~n secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,11~,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
~ Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Officiat Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
- Lucie County, Flori~da; and
~ WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
