KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the Unlted States of America, is
n~w the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business 7rust, securing ~
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, '
encumbering certain lands in St. lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
~ Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Rgsorts of America has requested First National -
C1ty Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
" part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mort~age;
NOM, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of F ur Thousand Seven Hundred Forty

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and ~ischarge from the ~
