~ PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
_ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
naw the owner and holder by assignment of the follov~ing mortgages
and the notes secured ther~by, to-w3t:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
~ 1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 8usiness Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book. 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein .
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 a~d
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, wh3ch
~ Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; ~
NOMI, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Fnsr Thn~cand Ei~ht Hundrec~ Plinetv-Two

, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the '
; lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
