PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALl MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST ~~ATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- g
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is -
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, tawit:
~ ' A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental °
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing s
a5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, _
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
~ Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ;
- Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOM, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of ;
