PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:-
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other iands in Polk County, Florida, which
~ Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
- Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, da~ed June-27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record~Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City 6ank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
p3rt of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage; • _
